    looking to order some training gear in from the uk,anyone now if iwill get hit with any taxes?

    As far as I know you don't need to pay any import taxes if you buy goods (such as cloths and martial arts equipment) from another EU country (such as the UK). When you buy from the UK site, they should be charging you tax as if you are a UK customer. My understanding is, you won't be taxed twice.

    we buy a lot from the UK, you should only pay VAT which is 17.5% on paymant, usually built in to the price just doubled check, but there is no import tax.

    thanks lads,if i went over to the uk and brought the gear back my self would i still get taxed?
