Not on-topic but don,t know where else to go ..

Have bought part of deer, but is in large segments, and need to cut it down for cooking ..

Deer has been in freezer, which complicates issue ..

Anybody give me advice on how to cut up deer, where to get correct cutting Utensils, advice on storing, cooking etc ..

I haven't done this with venison, but I have with beef and turkeys.
Short of defrosting the meat so you can cut it up with a knife, you're looking at doing it with a saw of some sort.
The proper one would be a butcher's saw, but they're expensive and a butcher almost certainly won't loan one out (food safety regulations).
Failing that, a coarse toothed hacksaw (or fine toothed woodsaw) will serve admirably, but use a brand new and sterilised one (or at least the blade) to keep the botulism and other nasties at bay.

keep it frozen - go out to the shed and warm up the bandsaw
