UFH and polished screed

I'm going to put ufh in the kitchen extension. Looked at various floor coverings and there pros and cons
Timber, risk of warping, insulating out the heat etc.
Linoleum, too expensive 80euro m2 and 80euro m2 to fit
    Vinyl to tacky
    Missus dosnt want hard tiles.
So we thought diy coloured and polished concrete, been reading up a bit and they recommend putting a hardener on the screed and leaving it cure for a week.
Will this leave the screed too hard and inflexible for ufh (its 18m2)?
I know there were posts on polished concrete floors before so sorry for going over old ground. Any advice welcome..

Hmm, I suggest you double check that.
Lino is a cheap flooring it is not that expensive to purchase or to lay. Its not even close to that.
On the other hand, vinyl being tacky, modern lino is pretty same are vinyl (some lino is vinyl), there is both good and bad grades.
