Boards Boozage: Micro players read please

Bohsman and CHL's have kindly agreed to hold and run a weekly microstakes game. 50nl and 100nl seem to be the best idea's.

I propose the usual. Max buy in 100bb, min 20bb. Rake is very decent being 1.50 per head per half hour. The game will be self deal but given that most players that play are dealers this wont be a problem. If you don't want to deal, then we wont force you.

I think all the micro player on here should come out and show some support. Live poker is more enjoyable than online in many ways. Banter being key.

Anyway. We'll set it provisonally for next wednesday, around 7 or so.

Now for the improtant part:

We will be heading on the tear after so a night of gambleage and boozage for us chimps. We were thinking Coppers, but Quinns and other notable premises have been fired around.

Any interest?

Also, any ideas or whatever just post here!

Of course, if you aint playing the micros, then just come for the session. Drunken Gambling is always fun.

I will try and make it in for this. Won't be able to go on the beer afterwards though unfortunately, a weekend would suit me better for that as I have work in the morning during the week which involves driving so beer is a definite nono. Sounds like a good idea though.

you should be allowed to buy in for more than 100BB, should be 100BB min imo.

Dont nit pick. I am easy with regards to deep stack or 100bb play. I don't mind. If its NL I think the max should be 100bb but majority rules.

I would rather we get a unified approach to it though to prevent confusion and so people know what to expect.

Also, Kannon, come along, Ability level is not important plus Id say you'd be pleasantly suprised.

I like how you're appealing to the micro grinders to join in given that they're the very type of people who can't afford to go out. Unless they're artists and are drawing the dole in their spare time .

Needless to say, I'm in Waterford and as much as I love losing my money to a tonne of prop bets (I'm a prop bet machine when I'm drunk), I'll have to give this a miss .

Oh and €10 to the first person who drinks a pint in 4 seconds!

Sorry for the dumb questions, but what's the venue for these games and who's hosting?

Just wanna make sure I'm not missing something: blinds are €0.50/€1.00 and min/max buyins are 20BB/100BB right? so you'd want to be sitting down with €100, right? I play $0.25/$0.50 online so sit down with $50 so reckon this would be a step up, though I might be on for it.
