I am a 20 year old university student from Dublin and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions about where to apply for summer jobs?

What kind of summer jobs? Something related to college or just any job?
All the banks and big companies take students for the summer...

I used to do retail. It's not too bad. Did an internship too.
    What had you in mind?

I was wondering the same thing. Anyone know what kind of jobs are available to second year computer science students? Would companies even take on people that early in their course?

Yes... All the banks and IT companies like to take students for the summer although you might be a bit late...
PM for a list if you want.

i've emailed a lot of companies asking if they have job offers, and i even attached my CV, i just got a few replies, and their wages were pretty low, so i didnt go ahead and take them.
Where can i get a decent job, starting from now?

i'd prefer 20 :P but i don't think many companies would do that anyway. I just have to save up as much as i can for the summer.

    Ha. Good luck with that.
You have to remember you're only a student.

I can't remember the minimum wage; but most places pay students(without experience) 350-450 per week.
