Real fruity or not so much? The southern hemisphere sauvignon blanc's are generally a lot fruitier than the northern counterparts.

Edit/ I prefer the French so I'll recommend Henri Bourgeois 'Petit Bourgeois' Sauvignon Blanc. €11.99 in O'Briens.

Thinking of one with a good kick of acidity/sharpness - especially with the goat's cheese in mind. Most of the dishes will be reasonably rich / creamy.

This is probably a bit late, but the nicest Sauvignon Blanc i've found is the Long Mountain one. Quite cheap as well usually €9-10.
