    That should improve the clarity of your sound and give you nice usable tone/vol pots. Might be an idea to get a nice set of pickups too if your gonna go at it? Seems like good quality components in any case.

    Been meaning to do the same with my Orville Les Paul for ages and have'nt got round to it. I got it last year and its just sat in the wardrobe since!
