Got mine two and a half years ago. Tis well out of warranty. It's a 5th gen one I think. Anyway, the headphone port is ****ed. Only getting sound in one earphone unless I like press it sideways then I get stereo. Not going to go walking around pressing the cable in so need to try and fix it.

Is there any easy way to take the thing apart? Know they're not really designed to be, no screws. Maybe I can bend the contacts on the inside or get a replacement part off the net or something? Need some Mary Fitzgerald Make and Do tips on this lads. Have my double sided sticky back plastic, empty washing up bottle and everything
