Well eveyone, I am looking for ideas for a stag I have to organise but don't know were to start. It is for one of my best friends who is actually getting married to my sister. Now the lad is not a huge drinker so the emphasise is not on getting locked for the weekend. I was thinking of go-karting and was wondering if there is any good karting near Kilkenny? I googled it but found nothing. Any help would be much appreciated.

    We went here last year.
    http://www.killary.com/

Their stags page seems to be down. Basically it was 2 nights B&B, lunch and dinner on Saturday. Laser tag in the morning, Clay Shooting and Archery in the afternoon and a bus to and from westport on the saturday night.
    All for €200 each.

    Great weekend.

    Sounds like a great weekend.

Perhaps see if there is greyhound racing on in the evening aswell?

Waterford is a good place to go. My brother in law had his here in December

The train station is just a 2 min walk across the bridge to the Hotel. We’ve organised a bus to pick us up outside the Hotel (http://www.dghotels.com/fitzwilton.html)

Below is the cost of everything:

    Quads - €42

    Bus - €15

    Dogs - €25

    Total - €82

    Accommodation

    Triple Room (Room - €109) - €37 including Breakfast

    Double Room (Room - €99) - €50 including Breakfast

    Hope this helps.
