insurance question

    My mothers glasses were stolen out of her car but her door was not locked. She has the glasses covered in the house insurance under all risks.Because she did not lock her door does this effect her claim. Thanks:confused:

    I imagine if she did not lock the door, then it will effect the claim.
    Ring the insurance company and ask them.
