Got mine for about 55 euro for the ps2 from virgin.co.uk now zavvi.co.uk.

They have them for other consoles too.

Try HMV. I was in two branches in Dublin City Centre last week and both had Guitar Hero 3 + Guitar for the PS2 selling for €45; picked up one for myself.
They also sell it for the Wii for €95 but still too steep...
