Dito unless we have time to read it befor we can vote on it at the agm. Otherwise we will have to spend huge amounts of time at the meeting going through it

Don't pressure yourselves too much in trying to have everything perfect before the end of the season. If ye can decided any main issues at the IV then ye can get the final draft done up over the summer and just go through the formality of approving it in Sept.
