    Hi All,
Could anyone please tell me what parameters can be tested for using a rapid response liquid chromatography machine.
Thanks (and sorry if its s stupid question)

Do you mean HPLC -high performance liquid chromatography? I think you may do...
And by parameters, you mean the conditions of the separation or types of substances?

Anyway, basically a HPLC will analyze solutions (with some compounds) by separating the various compounds through a column. You want to separate the compounds so that each compound in the solution will approach the detector (UV, fluorescence...) separately and give clear peaks for each one present.

The separation occurs by varying many parameters, like temperature, flow rate, mobile phase used, column type, amount of sample injected.... it's endless!

Thats just a small insight into HPLC-you will find much more on the internet and books.
