    Hi,

we are thinking of putting a touring caravan on our land, it will be there for maybe 6 months and we would go to use it maybe 7 days out of every month, would we need planning permission for this?, also, if the planners saw a caravan on the land would it ruin our chance of getting planning permission when the time comes for us to apply for it?

    Thanks.

    Simon

You wont be doing yourself any favours by putting a caravan on the site. You will need planning permission for it.

    Thanks Muffler!

We don't want to f*ck our chances when we apply for planning permission, maybe we will simply tow the caravan to the site as and when we need to use it and bring it home with us after.
