    Hi,

I'm doing some research that I need the figure for the college student population. I can't find it, but I remember someone posting it up here so if you know where I can find it..... much obliged.

According to the Facts and Figures page, there were 15,492 registered students in 2006-07. I don't see a break down for undergrads and postgrads for that year but it has them for 2005-2006:

Of 15,322 registered students, there were:
    10,791 undergraduates (10,156 full-time / 635 part-time)
    4,531 postgraduates (2,704 full-time / 1,827 part-time)
94% of our undergraduates are full-time
    29% of students are postgraduates

    Hey Cunny,

For all such queries, this link's usually a helpful one:

    http://www.tcd.ie/about/facts/

You'll find more info if you click on the facts and figures link above the few summary facts that are presented there.

If you need details from last year, it should all be in the Senior Lecturer's report which should be in the possession of any student you know who sits on Board or University Council or here:

    http://www.tcd.ie/Senior_Lecturer/slo/slopdf/SLAnnualReport0607.pdf

and if you're really needy and want it from this year, you could probably just e-mail Student Records and explain what you need it for and hope they're in a good mood and feel that whatever your request is would be worth the minute of work it would take them to respond.

    Hugs and kisses.

Thanks C. Should have googled "registered students" rather than "college population"

    Mullingar/Rathmines/Danger Bob/Calling me "Cunny"= Rob Kearns?
Is Rob Kearns not "kearnsro" or something similar on boards?

Sorry if I'm breaking boards etiquette by bringing in the "outside world"
