I see suckling piglet shoulders and legs for sale in fallon & burynes. Tempted to buy a joint. Just wondering if anyone got any cooking suggestions.

Dip in batter and deep fry.

or else slow cook and baste regularly. You could crisp up the skin with one of those creme brulee blow torches. I've eaten it in china but it always cooked rotisserie (sp?) style. Tricky.
