K800i no network access.

Hello ,I've got a little problem with a K800i thats about 4 months old.

Bascially since thursday evening ,I've been getting no network access .I had been working outside in the rain and I'm not sure if this may have caused it.

Would a problem like no network access be caused by this ?

I have since discovered that if I manually choose a network and set the phone to GSM only networks ,the phone works fine.

Would I be wasted my time getting the phone checked out ,or would it be alright to use ?

First of all check if "automatic network selection" or something similar has been disabled in your network settings.

Then try a sim replacement.

I dont think its because of the rain, but there's always a chance.
