I happened to make some breakfast bars that I seen in the RTÉ Guide, but well they were shocking. So looking for some tryed and tested easy to make breakfast bars that are healthy and nutritious.

I make these a lot, from the Odlums site - I usually use sultanas instead of apricots because I always have them in the house. They're really yummy, especially if you put some melted chocolate on top when they cool :D

There are other good recipes on the site for flapjacks etc. too.
