    :confused:HI GUYS I AM AN INSTALLER OF SKY IN THE SOUTHWEST.INSTALLED SYSTEM FOR MY FATHER IN HIS HOUSE YEARS AGO.ALWAYS WORKED GREAT ON ALL 6 TVS UNTIL NOW,
    CHOURUS RECENTLY UPDATED THERE SYSTEM FOR BB ACCESS.SINCE THEN I HAVE A INTERMITTANT FLICK ON THE SCREEN LIKE THE CABLE IS PULSING.I AM SURE ITS THE CABLE CAUSING PROBLEM.I REALLY WANT TO LEAVE WELL ENOUGH ALONE SO IM WONDERING IS THERE A FILTER TO COMBAT THIS.AM WELL UP WITH SYSTEMS BUT THIS IS A NEW ONE,JUST NOT SURE WHICH FILTER WILL WORK.CATV IS ALL VHF LOW VHF HIGH.RUNNING SKY ON RF TO 42 IN MONITOR TYPE PLASMA(POSSIBLY THE FIRST TYPE),ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT ,REGARDS

    Arrgh!.. Turn of the CAPS LOCK. It means "I'M SHOUTING" on the Internet :)

    Three Suggestions, any one of which may fix it:

    Try a Sat/TV 950 MHz duplex filter on the Chorus feed where it comes in. Put a 75R termination / dummy load on the "Sat" connection of the splitter.

    Don't use RF out of Sky, it's fairly rubbish. Use SCART, or even SCART to Composite RCA adaptor to use a coax.

    Go Installer menu and try a different Sky RF out channel too.

    I had the same problem after chorus upgraded in my area, I used a UHF/VHF diplexor to solve my problem.

    The OP could try moving the Modulator to a high UHF channel (one of 64,65,66,67,68), (though avoid any channels in use for terrestrial in your area, for example 66 and 68 in the mid-west)
