    Load of sh!te. He won on points over 6 against some Polish guy that I am positive cut my grass once. Macklin is up next.

    TERRIBLE, jesus on that showing I never want to pay and watch him but at the same time he just wanted the rounds.

    It was just a training session for him really.

    You would imagine Perez would have just turned it on at the end of the first and got the stoppage. "Getting Rounds" against a mug like that Pole isn't worth a damn. Better to get the fans attracted with a spectacular show. The guy seemed to be taking a breather too often, maybe too fond of the easy life, needs to hit the road a bit.

    I know, he would have killed him anyway. Dunne was far too over confident before that fight.

    I like hatton he can get away with it!! I did notice the speech, hard not too. Hope he gets a rematch with Floyd and puts up a better fight

    Jaysus.....how ****e is Macklin. His face is already reddened badly by Campas. He really should have backed up and swollen Campas by now if he is really at the races. Needs to open up soon. We're into the 4th. Macklin is ahead but......

    Jaysus Campas defense is shey-ite and he is slipping Macklins shots at the minute. Jimmy Magee is slow to predict who the best Irish middleweight is, and yesterday I say he would have said Lee. Macklin looks like a big slow awkward spider right now.

    couple of choice right hands and a left to the gut by Macklin in the 6th. Still seems a bit gassed. Campas eye has deteriorated a little bit.

    Macklin being outjabbed by Campas at the start of the 7th. Jaysus. Then Macklin goes low. All while Dave Boy tells us that after this fight Macklin will "know what it is like to fight at world title level".

    Really???

    Since when was Campas at world title level? Around 9 years ago. Thats when.

    Jayus....8th round...jabbing contest......Macklin maybe shading it. "Its terrific stuff" opines Jimmy.... Macklin and Campas lighting up the night here on the Sth Circular Road, Still The Only Purpose Built Stadium In The World opines Jimmy yet further.

    Mick Dowling, of Mick Dowling Sports fame, has Macklin up by 5 rounds. He commends Macklins excellent defense and head movement. Against the offensive whizz that Campas is, I would have to agree.

    Decent right hand by Macklin in the 9th, just bounced off Campas..I wonder how much power Macklin at this level- its worth remembering that Campas has been stopped at 147 and 154 before. Another round for Macklin, maybe Campas will charge out for the 10th.....boring.

    Cheers...the fight was so bad I did them out of boredom and for anybody that was on dialup and couldn't access RTE stream.

    i didnt see the perez fight, heard it was awful and his opponent looked in terrible shape. did perez struggle to get a decision or did he play it out to get the rounds in?

    Only saw his interview today , Hatton was very drunk so there's nothing to really worry about .
