i caddied in the Old Head for 4 years and i must say its the most beautiful place ive ever been. not the nicest if its raining or windy. ( no shelter):D

its opening on the 25th of april again and its usually quiet at that time of the year so d be in luck to get a tee time if youre down around then.

a tee box is nearlt €1000 im not sure but i think its €250 per person.

there are another 2 golf courses down there in kinsale fearngalway (spelling may be incorrect) and kinsale golf club one of which is a 9 hole.

if you are down in cork though id recommend Fota Island and Cork Golf Club which are both very easy to get to. Cork isnt too expensive either they would both be about a 35 minute drive from kinsale town.

    hope that was helpful
