    Hey folks,

I recently bought a tv and noticed that you could connect the laptop to the video. i did this and it worked perfectly.

although then i went to do it another day and it said no signal. which was strange, everything was plugged in etc and nothing had changed. i no that there was a signal and it was connected cause i clicked on this program i have AcerGridvista - don't really no what its about though and that worked. well it brought up my wallpaper but that was it. so could anyone tell me the problem. Although i do remember on my acer laptop i clicked Fn + F5, and it allowed me to toggle between laptop or plug and play monitor or both although no the button has no affect. the laptop can sometimes suit itself tho.

By the way the TV is a brand new 32" Samsung so im unsure of the problem, any suggestions are welcome. thanks

    Steve
