Seaside Shots

    Folks looking for some advice.

There are really high winds in Cork today and I was hoping to get out down in East Cork to shoot some seaside shots. Hoping there will be some big surf that I can get some shots of.

I haven't really taken a whole lot of shots like this so it's something that is relatively new to me.

What do others here do to protect their gear from getting soaked? Do you pop your camera body in a zip lock bag and click away or is it a case of just do your best to avoid it getting soaked?

    Avoid getting under the waves.
Sure you would have to be careful in high winds, regardless of whether or not you had a camera.
