Ladies and Gentlemen (and DesF), the Fish bar is now open

Given that it is Good Friday, and all us good Catholics are fasting, I decided that since the main bar was closed, we needed something more, well, fishy, here on BGRH.

So, it is with pleasure and a hint of a fish smell, that I formally declare the BGRH fish bar open. Serving all manner of, em, fish, or aquatic life, we will be open until midnight 11:59pm on Good Friday, after which, normal service will be resumed.

So, is it to be a smoked haddock, or a battered cod, or would you prefer a dozen oysters with a hint of lemon?

You have to take into consideration that alot of the guys are off work tomorrow though so it may not get the same amount as a normal weekend

It's the opinion of the person who is doing it that counts, it's either work to them or it's not, or it's somewhere inbetween.

Brother Tom, I feel you are unfairly discriminating against the heathens such as myself among the regulars and I demand that the bar be re-opened. In the meantime, Tanya drinks for whoever may be around.
