There are some results here: http://www.athleticswicklow.com/parnell/news.html. I know they had a few problems with the time keeping (very uncharacteristic of them, they are usually well organised!), so some of the results might be off or missing. Actually from looking at them again, some of them are off by 4mins :o

Hey, thanks for that but as far as I know they are last years results, think it was won in around 14m30s this year. But thanks for the link because i would say they will post this years results up there whenever they get the chance. Does anyone know how much quicker the Parnell Ac 5k course is compared to say other courses? I would reckon 30secounds or so?

No, they definitely aren't last yrs results, these are last years results. But as I said already there was a mix up on the time keeping and I'm not sure if you'll get any better results than that.

That course is about a minute quicker than flat 5Ks, Mick byrne usually does 5k in about 16.15, he has come in about 15.15 for the last 2 parnell 5ks. You cant really call the time a Pb, unfortunately.
