    So sad I almost forgot it, but...
    I redeemed 5500 points for a Nintendo DS Accessory Case (pink cos it wasn't for myself) on New Year's Eve, 2007.

    It still hasn't arrived -- 11 weeks later.

    I've written to their "Customer Services" twice now, but c'mon, WTH?

    Ordered a tshirt and a pink case 11 weeks ago, sent 4 emails and wrote one letter and no reply whatsoever. Fail:(

    I think somebody needs to really push the button with this company and complain of a serious breech in policy, if nothing else, for deception and false advertising. Your Wii points are not being converted as promised.
