    Caught this last night.Shocking state of some of the places people are living in .One person was paying 800 a month for a place where the roof was collapsing.And the landlord who was interviewd was a total pig.

    Did he sweat a lot and scratch his balls? I'd expect the kind of landlord who ran a place like that to look so.

    No,but he did smoke a cigar and was wearing some sort of cowboy hat.
