    how much is the value of a car affected by not having an nct?

    All depends on the car, but i'd make a guess of 25% of it price if it were to have a NCT.

    really depends on what the cars worth in the first place. if ive a car worth 1,000 with an NCT its probably worth 500 without to the common buyer. if its worth 10000, probably worth around 9K without. That'd be my thinking!
