    Hi all,

Just wondering does anyone know what the CRO's processing times for the registration of a business name (RBN 1) is?

I filed the document online, signed and posted it off with bankers draft about two weeks ago, and still has not gone through.

    Any ideas?

That sounds quite slow. My own experience was that it took three working days. A quick call tomorrow might be a good idea.

Depends on which way the wind is blowing.

I think their site quotes 2 or 3 weeks processing time......I had to wait 10 weeks

Mind you, that was for a Ltd Co not just a biz name.

it's all depend on the "backlog" that they have around. don't be surprised, some of companies documentations that were filed still appear in their records being "received" not "registered" even after few years.

At the moment, they are taking approx 3 weeks to process. My electronic application was just registered last friday and i submitted it to them on the 27th of Feb.

A ltd co can be registered in 3-5 working days by a company formation agent.
