    Hi,

    Finally taking the plunge and registering myself a proper business,
    LTD Type....
    I got the forms prepared online and have the following questions,

    Where can I get a notary public

    Do I enclose the share fee with the CRO fee thanks

    A decent accountant will arrange all you need or should need. Most/many solicitors are also notaries public.

    Thanks Tom, as I am a student and trying to keep a very tight leash on expenditure I am trying to do it on the cheap, the business is service orientated so I dont need that much start up capital

    I'd still get one, they'll do it farily cheaply. Ltd companies need to be managed properly and there are certain legal obligations that an accountant will be able to help you with.
