    Hi Guys..

Hoping someone can help me out here as the NUIG website is confusing me and I can't find what I want..

I'm 24 and hoping to study this September...

I want to go to NUIG and study a course along the lines of Social Studies.

    Is there a course available?

    Many Thanks!

Hello there. As a graduate of the arts and humanities dept I can tell you you wont have any luck finding a social studies course. The only option is through the adult education system which you will find on the nuig website. It is a part time social care course: im in the middle of the first year of it now, (i took 5years out after college and only now i have a rough idea of what I want to do). It is one evening a month and very much self directed. You can go on to do the diploma and degree. But there isnt any full time. I suggest you try athlone IT, theyve a good course. Otherwise the local tech offer a Social Studies plc...
