Vine Weevil control (Nematodes)

I have a large number of garden container pots and they are usually infected by vine weevil so I want to drench them in either Provado or Nematodes in the next few weeks. Can anyone tell me where I can get Nematodes as I believe Provado is no longer available in Ireland. Many thanks
