Programming "One For all" remote control

Hi! I've got a "One for All" universal remote control programmed to Sky. I now also want to programme it to the terrestrial TV in my bedroom, but i lost the instructions. Would anybody be able to forward me the instructions here, please - it would be very much appreciated. Incidentally, it's a "Sanyo" TV.

Yes, a good reason to buy One For All uni remotes. Handy website, and they respond to emails!

And so easy to follow! When I found that website I thought they were just selling their items, never thought they'd have all the instructions online too -it would make better financial sense for them if they hadn't!
