When I go on to the online thing it says my number is not on their system yet. What gives? I am definitely on their network with my number....

In all fairness how is anyone here supposed to know the answer. Why don't you call O2 customer care?

i ported over to o2 from meteor 2weeks ago on a sunday, it was tuesday before my account was active on the webiste, then i registered for my free credit with no probs. A handy way to see if you've been set up is by checking *100# on your phone to check your balance. It is probably saying it cannot find an account or something similar. When it finally tells you your balance after a day or two, your set up.

.....just realised that will only work if your on PAYG:D

I had the same problem today - gave them a ring, and she did something on their side, and I was then able to register.
but looks like I am ringing them again tomorrow cause now I can't register for my free credit :(

It may take a day or two for the number to be set up on the website, be patient if it's not working b Tuesday call the customer care at that stage.
