Trying to identify a motherboard in a custom laptop

I am trying to identify a motherboard used in a custom built machine. The manufacture of this DJ Laptop is using a standard laptop motherboard but has taken off any identification from it. Is there any way of finding out ie through the bios or the control panel? The manufacturer of this thing is obviously not going to tell me what boards are being used.

Download a program called belarc advisor (it's free), I think it might tell you about the motherboard.

It looks the part and is about twice the price and three times the weight as an equivilant XPS or Alienware and dose not have a DVD RW, Battery, PCIMA slots, WIFI, Mouse touch pad, internal speakers, network ports, etc etc Got this one as a demo. You pay for the looks, and three built in soundcards, and the 4 built in fans would keep you awake all night! Dose look cool in in the club. Only hassle is the firewire port is not working (Needed it for a Digital amp I use) thats why I was trying to check if it required additional drivers. It shows up as working in the device manager.

That hardly sounds worth the money for all the parts they seem to have stripped from it. 3 soundcards and flashy software suits are nice and all... but thats just silly not to have a dvd drive or a touchpad. Battery would be utterly pointless for the task at hand really.

Its a touch screen but I prefere to use the mouse, there is three USB ports one of which can be used for external DVD/CD rom (Comes with the latest model) for loading software etc. The whole idea of stripping it is to have less to go wrong and a faster boot up.
