    You won't go too far wrong with a 686.
    But as the man says....make sure it fits!
    Go to a coach and get him to try it for size.
    Problem with asking a shop owner if it fits is he'll probably say yes just to get the sale. Not all owners I might add.

    Yes you cannot go too far wrong with a Beretta. I bought a 682 sporter last year. Good gun, not ideal for game shooting, good clay gun though. If you are a game shooter buy a light well balanced gun! always mount a gun and try get a feel for a gun when considering purchasing. whatever gun you prefer go for it!!!
