ISP was out and connect broadband up but left a note for me saying the Ethernet Card needs to be reprogrammed with the Windows XP disc.

Anyone know what the hell this means?
And if so please explain what I need to do in lay mans terms :o

    Appreciate any advice!

He doesn't sound like much of a technician if he used that phrase.

Maybe he means update the network card driver? hard to tell from that tbh, give him a ring?
