It's not even 5 and I'm home already.:( Went to a place where it cost €20 for 6 "shots" (they give you the bottle and let you fill it up yourself) of whatever you want plus mixers. Then went to another place where it cost €35 for the bottle plus mixers but had to carry my stupid drunken friend home.

Thats a ripoff. Theres a place down the road fromme in belfast that does 6 shots for £6. Its been the architect of manys the messy night.

Indeed, alcohol is a lot cheaper over here, mind you the petrol is more expensive.

vodka republic will give you 12 shots of assorted flavours for a tenner if it is somebody's birthday in this long shot holder thing. Reckon that we have had about 20 birthdays there in the last 6 months between the team.

We figured out that the reason our apartment had so many parties at the start of the year was because all our birthdays fell in september/october. We had 3 in one week at one stage, it was crazy. But things died down a bit once 6 birthdays were over with, and the other 5 werent until the summer when everyone would be gone home so we just moved them forward. Best thing is, the perfect college birthday present is booze. Its a highly intelligent scam based operation we have going.

Even at the weekend or just student nights? They weren't actual shots, it was more a case of fill the glass up as far as you can until it becomes undrinkable (straight rum is never good!:().

I just compare everything with Dublin prices, which makes it seem like they're giving the stuff away!:D
