    Hi Folks,

Got a recipe from the net for choc mousse & trying to perfect my recipe.

    http://www.elise.com/recipes/archives/001519chocolate_mousse.php

when i made the mousse it was not so light in texture, but tasted fine...(nothing a little more suger n less coffee wouldn't sort out)

my question is how do I make it lighter,

less choc, more egg whites or more cream??

    Cheers
