    Hi All,

Recently I have appied for a job on monster.ie. I applied directly to the company, no agencies are involved. The job is in programming and I think I have enough experience for it. I havent heard back from the company yet.

So how long do companies leave the job advertised on such a website before calling people for interviews? Obviously companies vary alot, but I think 2 weeks should be enough for them to get enough of candidates in to interview.

Why don't you ring the company... And speak to someone in HR about their recruitment procedures. Thats the only advice anyone can give you

Monster, no one knows how long companies have ads for it varies from company to company
