    Hi,

I was wondering if there are any I&I's on here ....

I am more than familiar with the role itself but need to know a few things if anyone can help me?

    1) Are there set requirements in terms of qualification? some I believe have not yet even completed their QFA !

2)If you are an I&I is it what you expected?

    3) What can you expect package wise - how does the commision work and does it add up to a nice year end?

    Cheers for the help,

    Trap

    1. No. Once u are in though they will expect u to do the QFA.
    2. It is Sales fullstop. OK u need to know something about the products but at the end of the day it is all Sales. If u are not comfortable in sales then I would not recommend it.
    3. If u are a great successful salesperson then yes the commissions can be v nice.

Thanks Leslie, I actually have most of the QFA just a bit unsure exactly what to expect.
