Beer sized cans for softdrinks introduced to this country around 1990ish if I recall correctly. I personally prefer cans to bottles because they keep the drink colder for longer.

I seem to remember they started off as a limited edition "30% extra free" offer or something and soon it became the standard. The bottles were introduced a few years later and that was the end of the super cans short life. Sunkist and Canada Dry availability seemed to have massively declined around this point too. Finches stuck around a little longer but soon got marginalised by the utter cack that is Fanta.
