Vodafone IE roaming in the Philippines?

Has anyone tried to successfully roam with Vodafone prepay in the Philippines? on their webpage it says it will roam there, but they list all roaming countries for postpay as also accessible for prepay and I wonder would that be true? Usually prepay sims have much more limited roaming agreements.
