I've no idea if they're any good or not, but there's very little "fat burners" will do that can't be achieved wiht better eatinf.

    The descrpition is funny...

They help you store energy (typically excess enegry/kcals is stored as fat!!) while targeting stubbon fat stores (spot reduction's a myth anyway).

So basically they move the fat around your body and have a net effect of zero on weightloss!!

How heavy are you? What are you activity levels? Do you lift weights? Any idea of your bodyfat %?

Save your money OP. They sound like an absolute waste of money.

Can you give an illustration of your goals, current activies and diet please? I'm sure you would probably have more success in achieving your goals by improving your exercise regime and diet than by buying these magic beans.

Most if not all fat burners are all quite mild now, while still being the same price.

I kind of stopped paying attention when they became really standardised a while back.
Is there any on the go at the minute that stand out? apparently lipo 6 is a good one, or hot rox.

I hear nutritionX are bringing out a fat burner soon, does anyone have any info on it?
