Hi all,I am in an awful situation. My father died intestate some months back and my mother is currently in a home. There are me and three other siblings.I am looking after the administration of my late fathers estate.About a week before my father died he left wishes to be carried out and i know what ye are going to say that they are gone. One of my siblings has totally taken against the remainder of us so much that they no longer talk to any of us.Them and there partner go in to see my mother every day if not twice a day and have been trying to turn her against us.My mother has a history of mental illness but has come through that and is o.k now.The problem is she has not looked after herself for the past 25 odd years and now my sibling is trying to brainwash her. There are alot more viscous and underhanded things going on towards us but i dont know what to do.My sibling has opened bank accounts for my mother and is the sole person looking after her money.Ny views or advice would be great!
