    sadly, it seems to be a random occurrence.

    Tallaght and Navan say no, too

    although, maybe it depends on the person you talk to, lol.

    BTW, for bill pay network porting you get €50 off.

    EDIT: Some fones seem to have higher prices in store, so it may not be that great after all.
