Ireland Women take on Wales at St. Mary's RFC Templeville Road tomorrow (Friday) at 7:30pm

    Admission is €10

Brilliant atmosphere at the last two matches, particularly the Scotland game under floodlights.

    Well worth a look :)

Just as a matter of interest how are the ladies team doing in general ?

They've won 2 of the 3 games so far. Beat Italy and Scotland at home

The women's national team is still only amateur in Ireland, in England and France they're pro/semi-pro so really it's hard for the Ireland ladies to compete at that level.

Even Canada has better supports and structures in place for it's national women's side.

They only really get to play together during the Six Nations and World Cup and not sure how long of a team camp period they have in the build up to such competitions.

Tnai Rosser the scrum half had a baby back in September, so to be back playing International rugby is pretty damn impressive :)
