    I went to David Dalton in Roselawn. He's my mates brother so that's how I knew him but he did a fantastic job when I tore my groin 18 months ago. He's also helped my mother with her neck problems. Definitely recommend him.

    Thanks a lot for feedback.
    Ended up going to physio this morming in Lucan called CityPhysio as she is chartered physiotherapist in sports. ITBS it is:(.

    I am going to read with scrutiny now this other thread about ITBS that seems to be very active at the moment! I thought it only happens to others;)
