Hey lads, any chance I could get a hand with this?

i need to get Vb on its own from this equation.

    Vb^2/2g - (VbxAb/Aa)^2/2g = h

    thanks fellas.

Multiply across by 2g, then take a factor of Vb^2 out, and bring across the other factor and you're left with Vb^2 on the left equal to a big lump of stuff on the right. :)

Take the square root of both sides.

    Is that enough help?

thanks a bunch slow coach but I hoped the response would be Vb = ....

haha, LONG, hectic day at work and about to sit down to finish my darned college lab reports. Following straight forward instructions is too much for me at this stage.
