Sorry if this was asked before.

I got my first GBB the other day (a KJW P226 full metal - she pure lovely, sir) and am currently gasless. So, I won't be able to get to MIA until the following weekend and have no credit card at present to order from Eirsoft or that. Is there anywhere else that sells appropriate gas, preferably on the southside or in and around Stephen's Green? Also, what type of gas would go best with my GBB?

She'll take green gas no problems.

I heard tell that the gadget shop in The Square, Tallaght sells gas, but I dont know from personal experience.

I've done the propane thing. Seemingly intimidating, but actually incredibly easy. Slightly confusingly the hardware shops all have Propane/Butane mixes, but only B&Q has the right one. And even the floor staff aren't terribly sure. I think I got mine over by the plumbing/welding section.

Just out of curiousity, what would happen with a GBB if one were to use Propane/Butane mix? Boom or pfft?
